An Android planner for private tutors and small language schools

TeachApp combines student records, lesson scheduling and payment tracking in an offline Android app. It supports individual teaching and groups without requiring a cloud account.

Linked student, lesson, rate and transaction records replace disconnected spreadsheets. Lesson and minute packages are tracked separately from money balances. JSON backups support device transfers, while CSV exports let you work with financial records outside the app. TeachApp is not a multi-user school platform or a replacement for accounting software.

01Who is TeachApp for?

Private tutors, teachers and small schools looking for a personal tool for students, schedules and payments.

02Does it need internet access?

Core features work offline. A cloud file provider selected for exports may need an internet connection.

03Does it support group lessons?

Yes, including membership history, individual rates and group schedules.

04Can I move my data to a new phone?

Export a JSON backup and restore it on the new device. Restoration replaces the current database.

05Is there an iPhone version?

The inspected project is an Android app. An App Store link will only be added after an iOS release is confirmed.
